Refund policy: Upon reasonable request addressed to the organizers, it is possible to issue refunds for the fees paid as long as the request is made before or on the 8th of March of 2024, subject to aproval from the conference chairs except an administrative fee of 65.00 EUR. After the 08th of March of 2024 no further refunds will be possible. Registrations are personal and non-transferable, attendees should wear their personalized badges at all times while in the conference venues.
