Abstract

We developed and tested an automated measuring platform for up to 20 samples, that can be stored at a variable temperature, aiming to simulate the storage conditions of various materials, such as pharmaceuticals. In combination with quasi-continuous monitoring by terahertz (THz) time-domain-spectroscopy, this promises to expand the understanding of the stability and crystallization behavior of amorphous and polymorphic materials.
