Plasmon-Fabry-Perot Mode Coupling in an Al/Cd3As2 Hybrid Terahertz Photonic Construct

Abstract

An anti-crossing behavior is observed in a hybrid Al/Cd3As2 photonic terahertz device with an estimated rabbi splitting of about 0.13 showing a ultrastrong plasmon-Fabry-Perot mode coupling. Therefore, this structure shows potential to be used to build ultra-fast quantum computers and other quantum information technologies which require ultrastrong couplings between the involved qubit architectures.
